Take your basic crochet skills to the next level in our Granny Square class! If you know how to hold a hook and crochet slip, single and double crochet stitches, you’re good to go. In this 2 hour class, we’ll guide you through the simple steps of creating these classic, versatile squares that can be turned into everything from cozy blankets to bags, clothing and accessories. We'll also explore projects that they can become simply by sewing them together!
Required materials:
- worsted weight wool in a few different colours
- 5.5mm hook

About the instructor
Hi there! I’m Devon Dagworthy and I absolutely love crochet and knitting. There’s nothing quite like the thrill of turning a single strand of yarn into something beautiful.
I’ve been knitting since I was seven, but it wasn’t until my mid-twenties when, after many frustrated attempts at knitting a perfect circle, I finally gave in and decided to learn how to crochet.... once I started, I was hooked (pun 100% intended).
Now, crochet and knitting are not just my job, but my hobby, my passion, and my happy obsession. I’m so excited to share this love for yarn with others

- If cancelled 48 hrs or more prior to the start of the class will be given a store credit. Classes cancelled less than 48 hrs prior to the start of the class will not be reimbursed.
